PURCHASE AND INSTALL REGULATION AGRITOURISM LIMITED LIABILITY SIGNS
To protect a farm, ranch or winery by reducing the threat of liability from visitor injury or death, an Agritourism Professional must post a regulation Agritourism Limited Liability Sign at the entrance to their site, and also at the location(s) where an agritourism activity takes place according to ORS 30.671 through 30.677.
Regulation Agritourism Limited Liability Signs are made from durable DiBond, and may be purchased for $50 each from Oregon Agritourism Partnership.
There are two ways to purchase the signs
Send/Bring Check & Pick-Up
Bring a check made payable to OAP and pick up your signs from the OSU Extension Office, Marion County, 1320 Capitol St NE, Suite 110, Salem (The Oregon Farm Bureau Bldg.), Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Make checks payable to OAP (Oregon Agritourism Partnership).
